Your hospital standard, carried into every building you run.

A health system runs far more than its hospitals. Medical office buildings, outpatient clinics, surgery centers, administrative offices, and warehouses all sit under the same facilities team and the same expectations. We learn your protocol once and hold every one of those buildings to it, with the same crew rules, the same paperwork, and the same reporting.

The buildings we look after

  • Medical office buildings
  • Outpatient and ambulatory clinics
  • Ambulatory surgery centers
  • Administrative and business offices
  • Warehouses and offsite storage

How your protocol travels

  1. Written down at the first site.

We document your access and badging rules, infection control requirements, work windows, vendor paperwork, and sign-off chain before a crew starts.

  2. Applied at every site after that.

Every crew at every building works to that same written standard, whether the site is a flagship clinic or a records warehouse.

  3. Reported across the portfolio.

Facilities leadership sees each building on one punchlist, with photos, prices, and status, so nothing depends on which site manager is asking.

  4. Cleared by your clinical teams.

Your biomedical team clears clinical equipment before we touch it, and anything that held patient data follows documented destruction.

Every location gets the same walk and the same punchlist.

A Signature manager visits each site on the cadence you choose and checks it against a standard list. You see every finding with a photo and a price, sorted by priority, and you approve line by line from your phone. Nothing starts without your approval unless it is an emergency you have already authorized.

Headquarters clear-outs run on fixed dates, with landlords and leadership watching. Here is how we take that pressure off our clients.

Surplus furniture has value. We find it before it leaves the building.

Most vendors charge to remove what you no longer need. We assess it first. Furniture, fixtures, and equipment with resale value are sold through our buyer network, and the value is applied to the cost of the job as set out in your proposal. Afterward you get an allocation report showing what was sold, donated, recycled, or disposed of.

Questions we get asked

What does Signature Office Services do?

We handle the physical side of offices and health system facilities: recurring upkeep and repairs, decommissioning and liquidation when a lease ends, storage, logistics, and moves. You can start with one service and add others later.

Do you work for hospital systems?

Yes. We work to the system's own protocol and apply it across the buildings its facilities team manages outside the hospital: medical office buildings, clinics, surgery centers, administrative offices, and warehouses.

Do you work after hours?

Yes. Schedules are built around your operations, including nights and weekends.

Can you work across multiple states?

Yes. New York City and Northern New Jersey are our home market, and we have delivered projects across the country, including Seattle, Dallas, Chicago, Florida, Arkansas, Michigan, and California.

Do you handle the trades you do not self-perform?

Yes. Our vetted partners work under our agreement, and you receive a single invoice.

Are you insured?

Yes. Certificates of insurance are provided with every proposal.

Tell us about the space.

We will walk it with you and send back a written scope and price.
