Keep every site ready for the next survey.
The situation
Surgery centers are accredited and licensed, and inspectors review the physical environment. Corridors, storage areas, safety equipment access, and the condition of spaces are part of the review. Visits can come with little notice.
The Signature Accreditation Readiness Program
- A site sweep that clears corridors, storage rooms, and back-of-house areas
- Removal of surplus furniture and cleared equipment with documentation
- Temporary offsite storage with an inventory, and scheduled return
- Paint, patch, and ceiling repairs that correct visible wear
- A standing monthly or quarterly cadence
- A site-by-site asset and condition record
How it works with your team
Your biomedical team clears clinical equipment before anything moves. Licensed partners handle fire safety items. Anything that held patient information follows documented destruction. Our crews handle the physical work and the paperwork around it.
Pilot offer
Start with one site. We sweep one site and report back with photos and an inventory. You decide whether to extend the program across your network.
Where our crews stop. Our crews remove furniture, fixtures, and surplus after the client's clinical engineering or biomedical team clears each item. Patient-care devices remain under the client's biomedical team, and any item that held patient data follows documented destruction procedures.
