How liquidation works.
A standard cleanout is a cost. A Signature cleanout starts with an assessment. We walk the space with a liquidation specialist, identify what has resale or donation value, and build a proposal that shows expected proceeds alongside labor and removal. At completion you receive an allocation report that shows each item, where it went, and what it returned. Items without value are recycled or disposed of in compliance with federal, state, and local rules. Donations are documented for your records.
How it works
- 1.We inventory and photograph every item.
- 2.We assess resale value against our buyer network.
- 3.We sell, donate, recycle, or dispose of each item through the best available channel.
- 4.You receive an allocation report that shows what each item returned, and any credit due appears on your invoice.
Questions we hear first
Will every item sell?
No. Condition and market demand decide. We tell you what to expect before work begins.
Who sets the value?
We do, with documented support, and the allocation report shows the result.
Can we donate instead?
Yes. We coordinate donations and provide documentation.
How are proceeds shared?
Terms are set out in your proposal before work begins.
